Jen Ritchie wears many hats but she wears them ALL with borderline-scary precision.
At The Clever Catalyst, Jen serves as Executive Assistant to Christi, acting as the essential bridge between Christi and our clients. And is also our budding Team Manager, the "stern slack message" keeping our internal projects organized and moving forward.But that's not all!
Jen also serves as a HIPAA-compliant Client Care Supervisor for our private practice clients. Serving as a compassionate voice, a patient hears, skillfully guiding them through intake, scheduling, and billing with the discretion and care their journey deserves.
AND she's a skilled video editor, so we make sure to use her for that from time to time!

When she isn’t busy "keeping all the things together" at The Clever Catalyst, Jen is likely enjoying #momlife or rewatching Friends (she’s lost count of how many times, but she’s definitely "The One Who Knows Every Line"). As a vegetarian, a Superman fan, a real-life friend of Bryan’s, and a devoted mom to her dog, Christmas (as well as human daughter Gia), and the kindest soul we've ever met, she is definitely our Lobster!
